We are starting with a simple, transparent model: referral partners who introduce firms to PracticeGrid, and reseller / implementation partners who go deeper on rollout and change-management. Commission tiers are agreed in writing so you always know how successful referrals will be rewarded.

Our aim is to keep partner economics simple and transparent. Rather than a complex matrix, we use a small number of tiers based on the volume and depth of your engagement with PracticeGrid, and confirm the exact commission structure with you in writing.

Use this form to apply as a partner or to register your first interested firm. We will review your submission, follow up with any questions and confirm the next steps and applicable terms before treating any introductions as eligible referrals.
We primarily work with organisations who already serve accountancy or bookkeeping firms — for example accountancy practices, consultants, technology providers or professional communities.
If you regularly help firms with workflow, deadlines, practice-management tools or digital transformation, there is a good chance we can work together.
At this early stage we are not enforcing strict quotas. The tiers describe typical patterns of activity, but we are more focused on fit and the quality of opportunities than raw volume.
PracticeGrid is currently focused on UK accountancy firms. Partners are usually UK-based or primarily serving UK practices. If you work with firms in other regions, mention this in your enquiry and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Commission structures vary by partner tier and role. We will agree the exact percentages, eligibility criteria and payment timing with you in a written partner or referral addendum before you begin registering leads.
Lead registration is designed to avoid clashes. If a firm is already in an active sales process with us, we may not be able to treat it as a new referral. Register leads as early as you can, and we will confirm the status of each opportunity individually.
The partner programme and commission tiers may evolve as PracticeGrid grows. We will always confirm your specific terms in writing before you start registering eligible leads.
